Biography
Sasan Azadvar Junqani was a 21-year-old karate champion from Junqani, Isfahan. He was arrested in Isfahan after participating in the January 2026 protests. He was executed on April 30, 2026, in Dastgerd Prison, Isfahan, on forced charges including damaging a police vehicle and collaborating with the enemy under torture. His funeral was held under heavy security pressure.
ساسان آزادوار جونقانی، قهرمان ۲۱ ساله کاراته اهل جونقانی اصفهان، پس از شرکت در اعتراضات دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در اصفهان بازداشت شد. وی در تاریخ ۱۰ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۵ در زندان دستگرد اصفهان اعدام گردید. اتهامات اجباری او شامل تخریب خودروی نیروی انتظامی و همکاری با دشمن تحت شکنجه بود و مراسم خاکسپاری وی تحت فشارهای شدید امنیتی برگزار شد.
